CLUB OFFICER POSITIONS

Team to make contact with current Sponsors and seek out additional Sponsors. Promotes Sponsors on social media and club website. Collects donations for raffle drawings and coordinates the event raffles.

Team to interact with Landowners

Team to develop navigation aids

Obtain necessary permits from the United States Forest Service, as well as, any necessary County-based agreements.

Team to obtain, secure, and distribute charity $$

To welcome new and renewing members. To build a way for new members to learn about the club and how to become engaged. And if they so choose to be involved to help them find a place within. To help with the morale of the membership by planning social events outside of the rides we put on including the holiday party and a summer fun ride/ picnic or other outings. This committee will be given a budget from the yearly membership dues to be used expressly for doing enjoyable things open to the membership.

Team to arrange food for events.

Team to oversee and maintain Garage contents and Equipment

Point contact for all public communication

Team to maintain, update, modify the Website.

To respond on short notice to send condolences representing WDSR to support families of Club associates
